Friday after school, Jamison went to his good friend Eric's house. Today I got an email from Eric's dad entitled "Book of Mormon Fun" He said after having a snack and finishing their homework it was time for some FUN!! They whipped out their book of mormons and started reading together! Maybe they will continue this friday night tradition until they are teenagers, wouldn't that be great? Or would it... hmmmmm...

Grandma's heart did a flip flop looking at those two...what great missionaries they will be. There is nothing I love more (except my family) than studying the scriptures with my 10 seminary students every morning at 6am.

Oh, and DUH... the first reason I was going to comment here (before leaving the football blog suggestion!) was to say... You have a mini-Jeffrey on your hands! Jamison is going to be obedient just like Jeffrey. I about die laughing when I see Jeffrey go over to his friend's house on a Friday night, with his scriptures and "Preach My Gospel" in tow. They do that for "fun." Isn't that amazing??? WHen I was 15, that was the LAST thing that seemed fun! Be grateful you have an obedient, righteous boy by heart. I love JaMeR!
Very, very cool! I think we all could learn a thing or two from that! And yes, it would be awesome if they could keep that until when they were teenagers. Well, they'll probably have to wait til their 19 to think it's fun again!~ And by that time, they'll probably be somewhere in South America!
