Easter Outfits

Well, easter sunday was nice, but tiring. After planning a sharing time, a lesson, preparing dinner, dressing and grooming 4 kids and getting myself ready, I was exhausted - and it was only 9 a.m. I somehow managed to snap this picture before we left for church of the boys in their matching easter outfits. I took at least 10 shots before I got one with Ryder actually sitting still and looking at the camera. The other boys all do fine, but Ryder jumps up right as I take the picture, or runs away, or makes a crazy face. He really keeps me running around. Kason had terrible chapped lips that week and keep licking his face- poor guy, he still looks handsome though. Tanner has about 4 different easter type outfits because I couldn't decide. I am a sucker for baby clothes

Easter Egg Hunt

On Friday we went to the annual ward Easter Hike. I don't know why they call it "hike" it sounds like we are going to climb up a mountain or something. Maybe it is an old time name for easter hunt. The boys were so excited and found lots of eggs. Ryder didn't get it at first but caught on really fast! The children were given a 10 egg limit but somehow Kason got a huge basketfull! Of course Jamison carefully counted 10 eggs and looked only for the really hard ones to find. It was a great party and it should have been because Jared is the activities director!

Tanner had his first try of rice cereal and seemed to really enjoy it. He is growing up too fast, I wish they stayed babies just a little bit longer! He is starting to scoot all over the living room and getting up on his hands and knees to crawl! Now I have to babyproof again. But he is at a fun stage and we are enjoying it!

Jamison turned 7!!

Jamison turned 7 on Tuesday and wanted to have a sleepover with his friends. He invited 4 of his favorite friends, Matthew, Eric, Sebastian and Luis. They played swords and video games. Then Jared took them all hot tubbing! Then I ordered pizza and they ate cake and ice cream. We set all the sleeping bags up in the tv room and put a movie on. They finally fell asleep around 11:30 or 12 and were up again at 6 a.m. EEK! Needless to say Wednesday I had to deal with grouchy Kason and Jamison. They had fun, I am just glad it is all over!

Sweet husband

Jared made me the best dinner for my birthday, it was green chili stuffed chicken breasts with cheese and a yummy sauce with broccoli. Wow I am so lucky, he is a great cook...

Cutest baby award

Tanner received the cutest baby award at church on sunday. Okay this award was given by his mother, who is a little biased but don't tell him that! I just wanted everyone to see how dang cute he looked in this little outfit!

Birthday Present

I updated the pic so you can see the bike better! Happy birthday to me!! Today is my birthday and Jared gave me the funniest present I've ever gotten. This bike with a cart in front, I can take all the children plus more!! Or I could sell things in it like flowers or palletas! It was a fun day, I went to lunch with my friends and Jared is cooking me a delicious dinner and we are going to watch lost and survivor together! Thanks all for the phone calls and such!
