Blankie Love

When i was little i loved a blanket, his name was "blankadine". He was blue and pink knitted and how i wish i still had him :( Seems like someone has taken after his mommy when it comes to blankets. This little boy carries his blankets around everywhere too! But, he is a picky blankie boy- only the minky blankets will do. Sometimes he carries 2 or 3 around with him. When he is upset he asks for "din dee" He even found a drawer of my sewing fabrics with scraps of minky and carries around the scraps too! I love my little blankie boy!

The First Snow... (well sort of)
A few days ago the boys woke and and began screaming, "it snowed, it snowed!!" They were so excited they rushed to their rooms and begin putting on their winter coats, gloves, and hats. Then they rushed outside to play in the snow. They have been waiting and even praying for it to snow so they were so excited. It was more like a "light frost" but some had accumulated on the trampoline so they got on there and made snowballs. It was gone by 10 a.m. but they were sure happy about the "first snow."

Christmas Dance
Last night was our annual Grade School Christmas Program. All the classes sing a song and do a dance. It is so much fun to watch, they work really hard and do such a good job! This year's theme was "Christmas around the World" Each class had a different country or region. Jamison's class was spain- they did the matador dance and Kason's class was Hawaii. Kason loved it so much he kept performing his dance for us over and over. He also said "I wish I could go do that dance again, i loved that!" Maybe he will be some sort of performer! Jamison was not happy he had to dance with a girl and his facial expression shows! Here are a few videos and pictures of the night.

Can you guess what this says?

Kason wrote this note to Jamison the other day and it is funny how it is spelled but it is spelled pretty much how it sounds to a 6 year old. Can you guess what it says??
